Return policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
During our Mid-Year Archive Sale, order volume may be higher than usual. Our customer service team will review return and refund requests as quickly as possible and assist you with the next steps.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests before the order has been shipped or prepared for dispatch.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the package.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also be returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and any included accessories.
Return Conditions
To complete your return request, we may require your order number, proof of purchase, photos of the item, and any relevant delivery information.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to any address before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.
Items that are returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or product condition reasons. These may include:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
- Items that are not in their original condition.
- Gift cards or digital items, where applicable.
- Items marked as non-returnable, where clearly stated on the product page.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs related to a return. No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide further assistance, which may include a replacement, return instructions, or a refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
You may also contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time before a refund appears in your account.

Exchanges
We can only offer exchanges when the requested replacement item is available in stock.
Due to limited availability during our Mid-Year Archive Sale, some sizes, colours, or styles may sell out quickly. If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund for eligible returned items.
